Service to our customers is essential,  by constantly monitoring our performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) we are confident in delivering the best service to all of our customers.

 

KPI’s are in place for each customer and are presented to our customers every quarter.  Reports are available to show Chanelle Medical delivers 98%-100% on time in full.  We have a dedicated and diligent Customer Service Team that manage our customer accounts.  Our Values are embedded in our day – to – day management of our customers: ‘Customer Comes First.
