Quality Control
The emphasis of the Quality Control on the maintenance of high standards according to GLP requirements is the main reason for repeated success in all audits by top pharmaceutical companies. Chanelle Medical continues to make investments in our laboratories, recognizing the importance of quality in Pharmaceuticals. These laboratories consist of scientists and highly trained analysts, whose training is constantly enhanced through internal and external training.
Chanelle Medical has two laboratories, one based at head office, Galway Ireland, ‘Chanelle Lab Ireland’ and a 2nd laboratory is based in Amman, Jordan, Middle East, ‘Chanelle Lab Jordan’. Both labs are fully EU approved and have state of the art equipment with over 30 HPLC’s (Waters linked to Millennium software), UPLC’s, Dissolution Baths, Infra Red and UV Spectrophotometry.
Chanelle Medical’s expertise in analytical services is widely recognised; we offer the following services in both Chanelle Lab Ireland and Chanelle Lab Jordan;

In addition to testing products manufactured on site, Chanelle Medical has the capacity to perform very competitive priced contract quality control testing and batch release for products manufactured elsewhere. This can be done either in our EU approved laboratory in Ireland or in our new EU approved laboratory, ‘Chanelle Lab’ in Amman, Jordan. Our laboratory in Jordan is proud to have received the following accreditations:
- GMP certificate by the Irish Medicine Board (IMB) by whom we were quoted as ‘One of the best labs I have ever seen’. Fully EU approved.
- GLP certificate from the J-FDA
- Chanelle Medical Ireland QA inspection and approval
Chanelle Lab Jordan will allow Chanelle Medical to remain very cost competitive while still producing in Ireland. All testing and methods performed in Chanelle Lab Jordan are done in accordance with cGMP regulations.

Quality Assurance
Chanelle Medical gives great importance to the operations of Quality Assurance. This department is involved in the management of quality assurance operations in researching, developing, registering, manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical products for human use. The Quality Assurance Department provides imperative support to all the departments of the company as to ensure customer satisfaction and convenient completion of projects, QA harmonises company’s operations with the current GMP requirements.
